When a location says yes, order the bank for it. The LOE confirms locker mix, exact freight to the address and the timeline, with a 50% deposit. Lockers ship in about 60 to 90 days.

Questions before you pay

Do I need to buy lockers first?

No. Get Started is the software and the materials. Most operators use them to win the first building, then order lockers with a confirmed freight quote. Lockers are priced separately on the quote page.

Is there really no monthly fee for the software?

Correct. Laundry Wise earns on locker hardware and a small share of the card processing fee, so the software has no subscription. The $299 pays for setting it up in your brand and producing the pack. Read how we make money for the full model.

What if I already have a POS?

The lockers integrate with CleanCloud, Cents and SMRT. You still get the branded pack, website and onboarding, and Laundry Wise software configured for the lockers only, so you can keep your counter system.

How long until it is ready?

The clock starts when your brand form is in. The software tenant is usually live first; the twenty assets and the website follow, and we message you on WhatsApp at each step.

How is the payment handled?

By Airwallex, the same payment provider that runs card payments inside the software. Your card details go straight to Airwallex; this site never stores them. You receive an emailed receipt immediately.

Can I get it on the Letter of Engagement instead?

Yes. If you would rather pay setup together with a locker order, tick it on the quote form and it appears as a line on the LOE.
